Huck Harbor Returns & Refunds
At Huck Harbor, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our dog collars and gear. If you need help with a return or refund, we’re happy to assist.

How Returns Work
All returns and refund requests are handled by email only.
To request a return, please email ben@huckharbor.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With original tags and packaging
Items returned outside this window or not in original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once Completed
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, email us at ben@huckharbor.com with your order details. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
  • Email us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a track-able shipping service.

Huck Harbor reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
